There’s something incredibly powerful about stepping away from everyday life and rethinking the environments we return to and I can’t think of a more inspiring setting than Palm Court, with the Cornish coastline right on the doorstep!

This five-day immersive retreat is designed as a pause. A chance to slow down, reset, and reconnect not just with yourself, but with your home and how it supports your wellbeing.

The Conscious Home: Design With Intention is a restorative and thought-provoking experience where I’ll guide you through a more mindful approach to interiors.

Together, we’ll explore how design can influence emotional balance, create calm, and support a more intentional way of living.

We’ll dive into areas such as colour psychology, creating spaces that support your daily rituals, and designing with all the senses in mind.

My aim is to help you shape a home that feels truly personal. One that nurtures you, restores you, and reflects the way you want to live.

Meet Your Host

Leading Interior Designer Becky Harrison worked for 16 years in Commerical Project Management before retraining in Interior Design after witnessing first hand the transformative power of creating buildings that support those who use or live in them.

Becky believes that residential design in 2026 isn’t about following trends. It’s about establishing homes that truly support those who live within them. Restorative spaces that positively contribute to mental, physically and emotional wellbeing. Spaces that are highly functional making them easy to use whilst replenishing the energy our busy modern lives subtract.

Deeply passionat about the transformative power of colour and embracing what brings us joy because as Becky says “if it makes you happy, it belongs in your home”

A Thoughtfully Curated 5-Day Retreat Experience

Day 1 – Arrive & Settle

Day 4 – Creating Your Vision

The Venue

Welcome to Palm Court and Palm Lodge, Polperro where relaxed luxury, coastal charm, and that easy holiday feeling greet you the moment you spot the palm trees.

It’s a place to slow down, reconnect, celebrate special moments, and make lasting memories together.

You may choose between two beautifully different places to stay:

1) Palm Court is a one-of-a-kind, luxurious six-bedroom retreat on the edge of Polperro, Cornwall. Designed with coastal elegance and modern comfort in mind, it’s perfect for family holidays, get-togethers with friends, and special celebrations. Inside, you’ll find stylish spaces to relax and have fun, including a games room, hot tub, and peaceful gardens, all just a short walk from Polperro’s charming harbour and local pubs.

2) Palm Lodge offers a chic ranch-style retreat with breezy coastal Hampton-inspired interiors. It’s a welcoming place perfect for relaxed dining experiences.

This is an intentionally curated retreat with only 8 spaces available, allowing for a deeply personal and connected experience.

How Do I Book?

We cannot wait to welcome you!

Simply choose the room you wish to stay in and click the button to send Becky an email, an invoice will be raised and sent to you via return email. Once paid in full your booking is secured.

Where is the retreat?

The retrreat will be held at Palm Court in Polperro. You can check out the property here

You can choose to stay at either Palm Court or Palm Lodge. Both properites are on the same site.

What is included in the price?

Everything except your travel to Polperro

Accomodation for 4 nights at either Palm Court or Palm Lodge
